The Landmark at Victory Drive is home to 75 apartment units that were built in multiple phases between 1999 and 2016. We offer one and two-bedroom units that are under perpetual renovation to stay current and competitive and are maintained as we would want to live there ourselves – replacing appliances, flooring, countertops, lighting, hardware, and fixtures aggressively.

Inside, expect to find a finish-out like that of an expensive home, including wood laminate flooring, crown molding, granite countertops, walk-in closets, walk-in showers, custom cabinets, washer/dryer connections, up-to-date lighting and ceiling fans, built-in microwaves, 2-inch blinds, and more, all set in warm, designer colors. Outside, enjoy reserved covered parking and even enclosed garages (limited availability).

Our one-bedroom / one-bathroom units (650-725 square feet) have several configurations to choose from with all featuring an outside living space, and like mentioned above, all of our units have been updated and have high-end finishes. Residents pay for their own television and/or internet, and may choose Fidelity Cable at (903) 938-1302, DirecTV/TNT Satellites at (903) 923-8486, or both.
2What utilities are the tenant responsible for?
Residents pay AEP Swepco at (888) 216-3523 for their electricity and reimburse the Landmark for their water, sewer, and trash.
3What is the parking policy at The Landmark?
All covered parking is reserved; uncovered places are first-come, first serve.
4Can I have a pet? Is there a pet deposit needed?
We do NOT allow pets.
5Are there specific smoking rules?
We do NOT allow any smoking inside the apartments
